We currently have full and part-time sales/business development positions available. Team members will actively promote our products and services, contact potential clients, and establish free consulting sessions that result in closed sales and initiated projects. This is a 100% commission position to start. Compensation ranges from 20% to 30% of the project cost, depending on project type and other considerations. An average to above-average business development professional can earn commissions of $30,000 - $50,000 per year by initiating one new project per month. "The sky is the limit" for an outstanding business development professional. Salary, bonus, management and partnership opportunities are available for the right individual. Approximately 80% of work will be performed from the team member's office/home office and on client site. The remaining 20% will be completed at 3rd party locations (lunch meetings, for example) and the Fall River Solutions office in Imperial, Missouri, approximately 20 miles south of downtown St. Louis. We do not have a time clock, and we do not require team members to punch one. Team members set their own schedule and the number of hours each week they commit to the position and their success. Success in the position will be a direct reflection of the balance maintained between a flexible working schedule and availability to potential clients. Basic Requirements:
| - | A friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills. |
| - | Sales experience, or strong interest in sales, marketing and business development. Applicants should be prepared to work independently to generate leads and employ personal networking techniques to reach new people and potential clients. |
| - | A mobile phone and/or data device with consistent service. |
| - | A modern PC or Macintosh and a broadband Internet connection. |
| - | Proficient at using the Web and able to explain the benefits of the Web, mobility and IT in general to potential clients. |

| - | Must be experienced with computers and technology in general. |
| - | Must be experienced with Microsoft Word and Excel. |
| - | Must be proficient with Microsoft Outlook or some other email client, diligent about checking email, and a strong email/written communicator. |
| - | Must be willing to research new technologies and the benefits they provide to potential clients. |
| - | In order to develop our iOS development division, an Apple iPhone or iPad and experience with both is required. |
